Refund Policy

Overview

At VantaLab, we take pride in the quality of our research products. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy in place to ensure the integrity of our supply chain and protect all customers.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged product
  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  4. Email all information to support@vantalab.au

Change of Mind

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded for change of mind. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we may be able to cancel and refund your order. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on products that have left our facility.

Refund Discretion

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds and replacements are issued at the sole discretion of VantaLab. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy requirements or lacks sufficient evidence of damage or defect.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, you will need to provide your BSB and Account Number to support@vantalab.au to receive your refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your bank details.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered, we will reship your order at no additional cost. Please contact us if tracking shows your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe.
